तात 0O child चेत् ilf (त्व you ) मुक्तिम् emancipation

इच्छसि wish (तर्हि then ) विषयान् the objects of the senses

विषवत् like poison त्यज shun क्षमार्जवदचातापयातोषसत्यं forgiveness,

sincerity, kindness, contentment and truth

like nectar чभज seek.

2. If you aspire after liberation, my

child, shun the objects' of the senses as

poison and seek forgiveness, sincerity³,
